Outer Banks Swinging Mullets Add South Georgia State Pitcher Caleb Allen to 2026 Roster

The Outer Banks Swinging Mullets continue to build pitching depth for the 2026 season with the addition of Caleb Allen, a left-handed pitcher from South Georgia State College.
A native of LaGrange, Georgia, Allen developed at LaGrange High School, where he competed as a left-handed pitcher and two-way athlete. With a strong frame and projectable presence on the mound, he brings another valuable left-handed look to the Mullets staff as the team prepares for a highly competitive summer in the Old North State League.
Before joining South Georgia State College, Allen built his game against quality prep competition in Georgia and gained experience as both a pitcher and position player. His athletic background, physicality, and left-handed profile give the Swinging Mullets another intriguing arm with upside entering the summer season.
“Caleb gives us something every staff needs, a left-handed arm with size, athleticism, and room to keep growing,” said Mikey Reynolds, Head Coach of the Outer Banks Swinging Mullets. “We’re excited about the opportunity to get him into our environment this summer and help him continue developing on the mound.”
Allen joins a growing roster of collegiate talent that reflects the Swinging Mullets’ commitment to player development, competitive baseball, and building a team capable of making an impact throughout the 2026 season.
The Outer Banks Swinging Mullets compete in the Old North State League (ONSL) and play home games at First Flight High School’s Baseball Complex, providing fans with a fun, affordable, and family-friendly summer baseball experience on the Outer Banks.
