Outer Banks Swinging Mullets Add Left-Handed Pitcher Caleb Jinks to 2026 Roster

The Outer Banks Swinging Mullets have announced the addition of Caleb Jinks, a left-handed pitcher from Maryville College, to their roster for the upcoming 2026 summer collegiate baseball season.
Jinks competes for the Maryville College Scots, where he has proven himself as a reliable and competitive presence on the mound. One of his proudest athletic achievements came during postseason play last season, when he delivered six strong innings while allowing just one run in an elimination game of the regional tournament, helping his team extend its season under high-pressure conditions.
Known for his poise, competitiveness, and ability to rise to the moment, Jinks brings valuable left-handed depth to the Swinging Mullets pitching staff. His experience pitching in meaningful, high-stakes games makes him a strong fit for the demands of summer collegiate baseball.
“Caleb is a competitor who doesn’t shy away from big moments,” said Mikey Reynolds, Head Coach of the Outer Banks Swinging Mullets. “Anytime a pitcher can perform like that in an elimination game, it tells you a lot about his mindset and toughness. We’re excited to have him on our staff this summer.”
Jinks will join a growing roster of collegiate athletes preparing to compete in the Old North State League (ONSL), where the Swinging Mullets face strong competition throughout the region.
The Outer Banks Swinging Mullets play their home games at First Flight High School’s Baseball Complex, providing fans with an exciting, family-friendly baseball experience throughout the summer.
