Outer Banks Swinging Mullets Add RHP Isaac Miles to 2026 Pitching Staff

The Outer Banks Swinging Mullets are bringing a hometown arm back to the beach this summer with the addition of right-handed pitcher Isaac Miles from UNC Greensboro.
A product of First Flight High School, Miles recently completed his redshirt freshman season with the Spartans after returning from Tommy John surgery during the 2024-25 campaign. Standing at 6’3”, the Outer Banks native brings a strong physical presence, competitive mentality, and versatile multi-pitch mix to the mound.
This spring, Miles made 11 appearances and six starts for UNC Greensboro, logging 27 innings with a 3-2 record against strong Division I competition.
Before beginning his collegiate career, Miles helped lead First Flight High School to a 51-27 record from 2020-24 under Head Coach Steve Saunders, contributing to conference championship teams in 2021 and 2022 while playing multiple positions.
“We’re excited to bring Isaac back home this summer,” said Outer Banks Swinging Mullets Head Coach Mikey Reynolds. “He’s a tough competitor with a strong work ethic and a lot of upside on the mound.”
Miles joins a growing group of collegiate talent set to represent the Swinging Mullets this summer as the organization continues its commitment to player development and competitive baseball throughout the Outer Banks community.
The Outer Banks Swinging Mullets compete in the Old North State League (ONSL) and play home games at First Flight High School’s Baseball Complex, providing fans with a fun, affordable, and family-friendly summer baseball experience on the Outer Banks.
