Outer Banks Swinging Mullets Add Pitcher Logan Denton to 2026 Roster

The Outer Banks Swinging Mullets are pleased to announce the addition of right-handed pitcher Logan Denton from Maryville College to the team’s 2026 summer collegiate baseball roster.
Denton, a sophomore from Harrison, Tennessee, has made key contributions to the Maryville College Scots’ pitching staff. A former standout at Red Bank High School, he set the program’s season pitching record with 86 strikeouts, was named team Pitcher of the Year and Offensive Player of the Year, and earned two All-District selections.
At Maryville, Denton continued his competitive progression, earning his first collegiate victory in 2025 with a strong outing including 5.0 innings pitched with just six hits and no earned runs allowed.
“Logan brings energy and a competitive mindset to our mound,” said Mikey Reynolds, Head Coach of the Outer Banks Swinging Mullets. “He’s shown he can get results at key moments and we’re excited to watch his continued development this summer.”
The Outer Banks Swinging Mullets compete in the Old North State League (ONSL) and play home games at First Flight High School’s Baseball Complex, providing fans with a competitive, community-focused baseball experience throughout the summer.
