Outer Banks Swinging Mullets Add Infielder Taylor Granitzki to 2026 Roster

The Outer Banks Swinging Mullets are excited to announce the addition of Taylor Granitzki, an infielder from Guilford College, to their roster for the 2026 summer collegiate baseball season.
Granitzki, a freshman from Manteo, North Carolina, is listed on the Guilford College baseball roster as an infielder for the Quakers, competing in NCAA Division III competition. At 6'4" and 200 lbs, he brings strong physical tools and versatility to the Mullets’ lineup.
“Taylor plays a fundamentally sound game and has the size and athleticism we value,” said Mikey Reynolds, Head Coach of the Outer Banks Swinging Mullets. “We’re looking forward to watching him contribute both offensively and defensively this summer.”
Before college, Taylor was a standout at Manteo High School, where he earned First Team All-Conference honors and was a key contributor at the plate. During his senior season, he hit over .300 with solid run production and was recognized for his high work ethic and leadership on the field.
Granitzki has also produced highlight performances, including multi-hit games and stolen bases during his high school career, showcasing his well-rounded skill set and competitiveness.
The Outer Banks Swinging Mullets compete in the Old North State League (ONSL) and play home games at First Flight High School’s Baseball Complex, offering fans an exciting and community-oriented baseball experience throughout the summer.
